Lagoon

We had two field trips in a row this week! On Friday we got to go to Lagoon. Maybe not the most educational, but we deserved a break. We spent the morning hanging out with some friends and then we did our own thing in the afternoon.


Sophie's favorite ride was the Ody Sea. She liked getting wet. She would have stayed wet all day if I'd let her. She was a pretty big chicken at first and didn't want to go on much, but by the end of the day she was doing pretty well and even went on The Bat (a roller coaster that you hang from).

Chloe wanted to do just about everything. Near the end she said she wanted to go on a ride that went upside down, so I told her I'd go with her (even though my stomach wasn't doing very well). I was very impressed with her, and I hope it was worth it because right after getting off the ride I puked! Chloe kind of hurt her back on the ride as well, Sophie came home with a sore neck (she said she got it from the bumper cars), and I was sick. I'm not sure if you'd call that a good day, but I think we had fun. I don't think I'm ready to sign up for season passes anymore, but maybe once in a while I can handle.
