Do you see that big, beautiful bowl of spinach? My husband grew that. He planted a fall garden last year after we had harvested all of our summer garden. We didn't get much out of it. But we were pleasantly surprised a few weeks ago when all our snow melted, and there were all the plants that had been planted, still thriving. He went out and picked a bunch of it the other day, and we made a delicious, humongous green smoothie. As good as those smoothies are, there's just something about using ingredients out of our own garden that makes it even better. That's what I call Satisfaction.

Yum...I love spinach! I made some just last week in our Spaghetti. Kyle thought he was going to die, but Trey LOVED it!! Oh, and thanks for pointing out the wrong name...That was Makai. I'm having the hardest time with his name. I call him Trey about half the time!! So bad!! However, the good news is the other day I called Trey Makai!:) That's gotta say something. Anyway...enjoy that spinach
